1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by HowMarkets LLC ("HowMarkets", "we", "us"). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
HowMarkets operates proprietary trading bots on its own infrastructure and connects them to your exchange accounts via API. The service is offered as a managed solution to exchanges and content creators. We provide the service only — no source code, algorithms, or software is licensed or transferred to you.
3. Non-Custodial
We never hold, custody, or control your funds or digital assets. All trading occurs on your exchange account through API keys you authorize. You remain solely responsible for your accounts, assets, and any tax obligations arising from trading activity.
4. API Authorization
You grant us API access limited to read and trade permissions. You must not grant withdrawal permissions. You are responsible for keeping your exchange credentials secure and for revoking access when your partnership ends.
5. No Investment Advice
Nothing provided by HowMarkets constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Our bots execute automated strategies, but trading carries substantial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your decision to use the service.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and can result in significant losses. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that HowMarkets is not liable for any trading losses, exchange failures, network outages, or market conditions affecting your account.
7. Fees and Billing
Pricing is custom-tailored per partnership and agreed in a separate arrangement. Unless otherwise stated in that arrangement, fees are due as specified and may be adjusted with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, branding, and content owned by HowMarkets remain our exclusive property. No rights are granted to you except the right to use the service during an active partnership.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer our bots, or use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a partnership per the terms of the separate arrangement. Upon termination, we will promptly delete your API keys and cease trading on your account.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowMarkets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or trading losses arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HowMarkets LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
